Saraswathi Nagarajan

Saraswathi has experience of close to 42 years in Avionics field. After completing her BSc from University of Mysore and BE from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore Saraswathi started her career with Bharat Electronics Limited as Asst. Engineer. After serving BEL for 6 years, she joined Hindustan Aeronautics Limited as Senior Engineer. After serving at various capacities at HAL, she retired as Deputy General Manager – Avionics / Mechanical Systems. During her tenure of 36 years in M/s Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, she was involved in many projects at the frontier of aircraft design / technology with direct applications to aircraft avionics and flight controls for Light Combat aircraft (LCA) & Hindustan Jet Trainer (HJT)

At EniT, Saraswathi was instrumental in starting the Systems Engineering activities. Under her guidance, an ODC was started in Bangalore which grew from 2 engineers to 22 engineers in a span of two years. As Head of Systems Engineering, Saraswathi is responsible for overall development of Systems Engineering at EniT including building of competency center where EniT can offer end to end solutions to customers in Avionics. With her vast experience, she is also key, in imparting the domain knowledge in Avionics for engineers with exposure to new trends and technologies

Saraswathi loves to cook varieties of Indian dishes

Nagaprasad Balasubramanayam

Nagaprasad is a Mechanical Engineer with 15 years of Design experience in Aircraft industry. He started his career as a trainee in GTRE and later was involved as a designer working on SARAS program at NAL, Bangalore

Nagaprasad later took up onsite assignment at Airbus Germany and was involved in A380 and A350 programs. He was involved in core Airbus technical activities including Structures, Electrical, Galleys and Systems

At EniT, Nagaprasad is actively involved in technical competency development and leading engineers in Aerospace domain

Hervé Chopin

Hervé has more than 25 years of experience in Aerospace and Space sectors. He has served in various techno managerial positions and interfaced with most important Aircraft and Space OEMs in Europe. Among many companies Hervé has served include Thales, EADS Astrium. Hervé has held various management positions over last 12 years with various tier 1 companies, important being Italy Country Manager for Ferchau and Space Operations Director for GECI. Hervé’s expertise is also in Environmental Engineering with focus on eco system design concept, life cycle analysis and environmental modeling and simulation dedicated to Aerospace and clean techs.

At EniT, as Country Manager - France, Hervé is responsible for driving the business for Aerospace vertical in France. Being a techno commercial man, Hervé has an added advantage of understanding the customers’ requirements and giving appropriate business solutions.

Sridhar Karkal

Sridhar is a Mechanical engineer with more than a decade of experience in Aerospace Design and analysis area. Sridhar started his career as a design engineer in Bangalore and later was deputed to Hamburg, Germany to work on various Airbus programs. He has worked with reputed Engineering Services companies in the areas of Aerospace and Automotive Design & Analysis

He joined EniT GmbH in 2006 as one of the first batch of engineers. Having established himself as a senior Design Lead in Aerospace vertical in Hamburg, Sridhar has grown to be a Key Technical Account Manager.

At EniT, Sridhar is actively involved in identifying right skill resources, positioning EniT capabilities with Aerospace customers in Germany

Nigel Garner

  More than 35+ years of experience in Aerospace industry , Strongly involved Globally in Developing and executing business growth and improvement strategies; corporate and project turnarounds; programme and project managing and engineering major products and systems. ie ‘whole life-cycle’ development of aircraft.

Founded the GCT Group in January 1995 after working for twenty years as an aerospace design engineer and manager for a variety of OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers including British Aerospace, Bombardier, Embraer and Dornier. Mr. Garner steadily grow the GCT Group (today called PFW Engineering) until he left in February 2014 into a global Aerospace Engineering provider with an EASA 21J approval for all ATA chapters with the ability to design and certify both large and small aircraft from nose-to-tail. In 2009 GCT was purchased by PFW AG which provide major build to spec projects inc; Aux Tanks, Structural components and tubing systems taking into account the “whole life-cycle of development”.

At EniT GmbH, as Member of advisory Board, he is responsible for driving the business and corporate Strategies.
